Medical clearance required prior to riding again: Craig Kirkpatrick
Other comments/explanations:
Upon arrival at the course stewards inspected the track and subsequently downgraded the racing surface to a Slow 7 at 12.00pm. Upon further consultation with the club it was established that 100ml of irrigation had been applied to the course over the past seven days in an effort to produce a suitable racing surface, however as the extreme weather conditions had not prevailed, the track did not dry as expected thus the slow rating.
