Koumis] when attempting to go forward, shifted in and tightened Quantum Physics, taking it in onto Rocky Star which was tightened and taken in onto Our Sorsaledo Bay which was hampered. Mr. P. Koumis, rider of Our Pretender was severely reprimanded for shifting ground when not sufficiently clear and advised to exercise far greater care when shifting ground in future. Quantum Physics had a tendency to lay in over the concluding stages of the race. Race 3 – yarck general store trophy race [2] handicap. - 1300 metres: Our Addiction jumped away awkwardly and Just Attitude was slow to begin. Over the concluding stages of the race, Ultra Secret, which was weakening, had to be eased to avoid the heels of Honstar [ Ms. C. Pace], which shifted in when being ridden forward. Ms C. Pace was severely reprimanded and advised to exercise far greater care when under similar circumstances in future. Race 4 – troa open trophy race - 1540 metres: Carlton Game jumped away awkwardly. Pride Lander was slow to begin. Race 5 – fruits of summer maiden handicap - 1540 metres: No Report. Race 6 – yarck hotel trophy race [2] handicap - 1950 metres: After passing the 200 metres Cheered was disappointed for a run on the rails and had to change course to obtain clear running.
