Allowances for Amateur and Picnic Ridesrs (1) Allowances: Unless otherwise provided in the conditions of the race, Amateur Riders and Picnic Riders may claim an allowance on the following scale: (a) if he or she has not ridden 5 winners: 3kg (b) if he or she has ridden 5 winners but has not ridden 10 winners: 2kg (c) if he or she has ridden 10 or more winners: no claim permitted (2) Claim: An Amateur Rider or Picnic Rider may claim the same allowance throughout a day of racing which he or she was entitled to claim at the beginning of the day. |
