Step It Up Continues to Step Out

In what was the final meeting of the season for the Healesville Racing Club, the consistent Step It Up continued his unbeaten record at the track. The Alan Fitzgerald trained 7yo gelding by Black Hawk has now won 4 from 4 at Healesville and 7 from 8 at the Victorian picnics.

Other highlights of the day included a treble for leading rider Adam Bodey and a double for the second jockey on the premiership list, Danielle Daniel.

Next week there is no picnic racing, with the final meeting of the season for Balnarring on the Easter Saturday and Tambo Valley (Swift's Creek) on the Sunday.
