HEATS - $2,000. 1st $1,250 plus $50 Trophy 2nd $400 3rd $200 4th $100
FINALS - $2,700. 1st $1,350 plus $150 in Trophies 2nd $700 3rd $350 4th $150
Plus Bonuses of
$1000 - To the owner(s) of the horse that has the highest point score from the heats of a series that competes in the final of that series.
$1300 - To the horse that has won points in the heats of a series and is the first of such horses across the line in the final of that series. This bonus to be shared as follows: $900 to the owner(s); $200 to the trainer and $200 to the jockey.
Series Conditions:
- All races will be conducted as OPEN TROPHY HANDICAPS
- Horses that have started in non Picnic Races (other than jumps races) during the period of each series will be ineligible
- Points for each series will be awarded 1ST= 6 Points, 2nd = 4 Points, 3rd = 2 Points, 4th = 1 Point.
- Only horses that have won points in the heats are eligible to win bonuses in the final.
- Balloting Conditions for both Finals: In order horses will be excluded from ballot as follows:
1- Highest point scorers from the heats.
2 - Starters in a Heat.
3 - In accordance with Local Rule 21c (ii)
